1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "apk8id," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the apk8id platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or places wagers on apk8id.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on apk8id.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to the withdrawable funds in your account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds credited as part of a promotion, which must meet specified wagering requirements before conversion to real money.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use apk8id's services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. apk8id reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Residency and Legal Compliance

You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of apk8id complies with all applicable laws in your place of residence. apk8id does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, and we reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on apk8id. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all wagers and bonuses.

2.4 Capacity and Authority

By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use apk8id's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)

You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

apk8id operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence displaying your name and residential address
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership

Verification may be requested at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify apk8id immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. apk8id is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

apk8id reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any activity that violates applicable law. In the event of account closure for cause, all balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

apk8id accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC)

All deposits are credited to your account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. apk8id does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier.
• Withdrawal processing times: Bank transfers typically 1-3 business days; e-wallet transfers typically instant to 24 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals typically within 24 hours.

apk8id reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large withdrawal requests. Anti-money laundering regulations may require that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using cryptocurrency or another currency, the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction, plus any applicable conversion fees.

4.4 Fees

apk8id does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

apk8id offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn.
• Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, bets must meet a minimum odds requirement (e.g., 1.50 or higher) to contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Game Weighting: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days) or they will expire.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

apk8id reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Colluding with other players
• Using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms
• Making deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play

5.3 Opt-In and Opt-Out

Some promotions require manual opt-in via your account dashboard or customer support. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or contacting support.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on apk8id are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before placing a wager. apk8id is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by player mistake.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

All sportsbook bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, Liga Indonesia). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules. Live betting odds are subject to rapid change based on in-game events.

6.3 Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slot machines operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. Malfunctions void all plays and pays.

6.4 Togel Rules

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times, and results are published immediately after each draw. All togel bets must be placed before the draw cutoff time. Late bets will be rejected.

6.5 Settlement and Disputes

apk8id will make every effort to settle bets accurately and promptly. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify customer support within 7 days of settlement. All disputes will be investigated, and apk8id's decision is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

apk8id is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We offer the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds to prevent overspending.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apk8id and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to your benefit
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or identity theft
• Using apk8id for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses
• Using VPNs or proxies to mask your true location
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties

apk8id reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on apk8id, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of apk8id or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on apk8id without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, apk8id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

apk8id is not responsible for:

• Errors or delays caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service failures
• Loss of funds due to your failure to secure your account credentials
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers
• Changes in local laws that restrict or prohibit your access to our services

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which apk8id is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of apk8id shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact apk8id customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

12. Amendments to Terms
